Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
  • Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
  • International Shipping: We ship to select countries outside the U.S. Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Kove Labs is not responsible for these charges.
  • Order Tracking: A tracking link will be emailed once your order has shipped.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: Kove Labs is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Please contact the carrier directly. We’ll assist where possible.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened and unused products in their original condition. To initiate a return, email us at support@kovelabs.com.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Exchanges: We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange, email support@kovelabs.com.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened products and final sale items cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
