About Dr. Lott, PharmD, MPP
Dr. Lott is a licensed pharmacist and public health researcher with over a decade of experience spanning clinical care, health policy, and healthcare innovation. His work has been published in peer-reviewed journals including Cureus, where he co-authored a national study on online naloxone access that is now indexed on PubMed.
He has worked on the frontlines of community pharmacy and as a faculty member teaching Pharmacy Law. He also created NaloxoneExchange.com, one of the first platforms enabling nationwide access to life-saving naloxone.
He was recognized in Crain’s Chicago Business 40 Under 40, is the recipient of the Commitment to Action Award by the Clinton Global Initiative, and led Script Health to win the top project award in MIT’s linQ IDEA2 Global mentorship program.
He completed fellowships with the Albert Schweitzer Fellowship and the Discovery Institute’s Chapman Fellowship. He holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from Chicago State University and a Master’s in Public Policy (MPP) from the University of Chicago, plus certificates in Innovation from MIT and Healthcare Administration and Policy from the University of Chicago.
